the place was superb but the apartment was very dirty on arrival. the sofa needed cleaning, the toilet doors too. I don't think anyone cleaned up before we arrived.

Very well located, close to the beach center of Argelès, very clean and well equipped accommodation, rather modern. We had a great vacation.

Apartment well located in Argelès. Positive point for the parking space. Some improvements to be made: too bad there is no air conditioning, it's an oven in the middle of summer. The bed needs to be changed, mattress much too soft, we had back pain the whole stay. The fridge is tiny, water constantly leaks from the freezer, there is no freezer. The toaster blew the pellets.

Correct apartment near all amenities and access to the beach on foot. The two negative points are the shower which is too narrow and the mattress of the double bed not very comfortable.
