We arrived in an accommodation where the cleaning was not done: terrace full of sand, very dirty terrace lounge, forced to clean everything before being able to have a meal on the balcony. Noisy residence, proximity to neighbors with young children, swimming pool much too small vs. number of people in the residence. Wifi for one device: ok in principle but no network at all for the rest of the occupants! Otherwise very good location vs. beach access.

We have been booking our holiday accommodation here since 2017. In the past, everything has always worked out perfectly. Even during the Corona period when we were not allowed to travel, rebooking was no problem at all. Still our first choice when booking holiday accommodation.

The accommodation is simply and practically furnished. The kitchen equipment for cooking could be a bit better. The pots are so cheap that their bottom doesn't lie flat on the cooking surface. The accommodation clearly scores with its location to the beach and the underground parking space. We were now for the third time in the accommodation and enjoyed the time. The only downside is the quite loud vent of the restaurant, which goes to the inside of the complex.

Very good location of the residence very close to the ocean and 10 minutes walk from the center and the lake. We were in an apartment on the ground floor overlooking the pool. Indeed during the day this situation is quite noisy, but it's the holidays! The apartment is spacious, well appointed, clean on our arrival. The proximity of the spar and the restaurant is a plus. The only downside is the non-existent wifi connection, even paying the extra cost...

Superb location with the exception of the drain in the bathroom clogged and flooding into the hallway. Surprised by the size of the Venus pool with 18 year olds!!!

The location is really perfect, close to the sea. The apartment is practical but with somewhat cheap equipment (kitchen services, dishwasher, etc.) and little storage in the bathroom. The noise from the pumps or other equipment in the pool is quite loud and it is preferable to have the windows closed at night... Nevertheless it is fine for a week or two. Underground parking is very convenient. The limit of one device for WiFi is ridiculous in 2021.

Badly located because above a restaurant (smell and noise). 4 hour wait to get the keys. Cleaning not finished. Dishes missing. The announcement does not indicate the situation in the building. For the price it is limited!

1. Cleanliness when moving in left a lot to be desired. The curtain in the living area was half torn and could not be used. Repair took 6 days!! 2nd apartment to the courtyard very nice, disturbing the noise from the exhaust fan of the gastronomy on the ground floor.

Very nice apartment very close to the beach. Once you have managed the admittedly steep path over the dunes, you will be more than rewarded with a great beach and wonderful sunsets in the evening. The surrounding area is also well worth seeing. Just switch off and enjoy the landscape!
