House located in a quiet rustic furnishings, lots of storage. Everything is practical but you have to disregard the decoration!!!! Owner available and attentive and responsive. Excellent place with children but careful supervision required, no barriers to close the garden and the road is busy. We had a very good stay

Exterior not maintained. Very unpleasant smell of septic tank. . Interior: Lots of furniture but very little crockery. Too bad knowing that it is a house that can accommodate up to 6.8 people. No oven.

Clean house, on the other hand, on the outside, the fence is in poor condition, you have to park near the tree (why?) which means you have to go around the house to come back at night without lighting. No hot water safety. A little more crockery and utensils would be welcome, everything is mismatched, we feel like we have what the owners no longer want. Do they live next door? A Basque cake would have been nicer than a cleaning box

It should be better marked because it is very difficult to find. Otherwise, it is normal for its price. The inconvenience is to go to San Juan De Luz to pick up the key, where there is an impressive queue and the check-in is done at 4:00 p.m. 10 in the morning is a bit early for me since you have to leave the house clean you have to get up at 7.
