A well-equipped and very pleasant apartment in a small residence in the leafy Platin district. A sunny balcony, cozy bedrooms, a living room and very well-equipped kitchen were perfect for a 15-day getaway. Everything is within a 5-minute walk (shops, town center, beach, lake). The very pleasant welcome is a must.

Good location in St Palais but to go to town on foot the return hill is steep - Not recommended for heart patients or elderly people. Beautiful view. Very quiet and well-wooded property.

Rental with a very nice view but poorly maintained in terms of sanitation. Leaking taps and toilets. Sink plug that does not work and shower curtain that the owner refuses to change and repair during our stay. Missing screws at the level of the beds not secured for children. We also had to screw some back in by our own means. There must be a minimum when renting.

V for visitor parking not informed on our arrival. Key to the shed behind the TV not informed on our arrival. Terrace flooded in rainy weather. Poor drainage. Narrow bathroom entrance.

Very spacious, quiet, comfortable, close to Platin beach and the town center on foot. Well equipped and clean. Beautiful terrace with lovely view of the sea and town centre. Everything you need for a good vacation
