Hello, the stay in the residence went well overall, quiet and well-maintained residence. Regarding the apartment, the bedroom with a large disastrous bed needs to be changed, it's a disaster, the bedding is completely damaged, on the kitchen side it's the same, the dishes are very marked and need changing, a trip to Ikea is necessary. It's a very well-located apartment, close to St Jean and all shops, we had a very pleasant week.

The apartment is great and the pool is heated, which is very nice. We were a 15-minute walk from the city center. Ideal location! The only slight downside is that there is no double duvet for bedroom 1, so the two small beds are difficult to convert into a double bed. And the radiators don't all work. We had a very good stay, we will definitely come back.

Bright, spacious, and very well-equipped and maintained accommodation. The heated pool, which opens in April, is a welcome bonus. Ideally located for the city center.

Positive points: perfect location to get to the city center of Saint-Jean-de-Luz and to the beach (about 15 minutes on foot, and I don't walk fast), a very pleasant unobstructed view. Well-maintained residence. Functional and clean apartment. The terrace allows for outdoor meals. Great swimming pool! Negative points: the fridge is not very big, but that's understandable given the layout of the installation. It is still a bit dated and could do with being changed.
