A not recent accommodation and not very well insulated, but correct and clean, very well located, in a quiet area. Difficult to eat at 4 on the not very wide balcony. We were 3, it was very good. The underground car park is not usable. Plan to park on the street.

Appartement destiné uniquement à la location .il y aurait lieu de faire un bon rafraîchissement et notamment la cuisine il manque côté ustensiles pas mal de chose exemple épluché légumes.essoreuse à salade poêle de mauvaise qualité. Vaisselle dépareillée.malgre cela point positif résidence calme et bien arboré et proximité de la plage pratique avec de jeunes enfants ainsi que le marché.

Pleasant place, it is necessary to refresh the rooms (except the master bedroom) and invest in the dishes.. beautiful area and very well located.

Very good location, and very quiet. But the apartment is a little tired. The kitchen is very impractical (lack of storage, equipment and crockery, electrical connections...). The garage in the basement cannot be used (key missing, not practical for storing bicycles). The WIFI service is of very poor quality for an extra €50: prefer your 4G connection!
