Recent residence but which is sorely lacking in maintenance. Although the rentals are recent, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired; In addition, doors and windows are in very poor condition (no longer closes or badly). On the other hand, very nice furnishings/furnishings. The residence itself is pleasant and on a human "size".
