Quiet apartment very well located, near the Mazon park. Spacious, functional and bright. Fairly basic equipment: no oven, no washing machine, few kitchen accessories. The floors in the kitchen (carpet) and the dining room (plastic tiles) are old and in very average condition. The owner who lives on the floor is very discreet.
