A pleasant, quiet stay in a house with a swimming pool

Pleasant and functional accommodation. Note that two of the bathrooms are accessible from the bedrooms. Beautiful spaces, quiet location. Trade nearby, accessible by car. White paths for hiking or cycling. Beautiful garden, pleasant green spaces. Person in charge of the keys very pleasant.

The pool was not maintained, the water cloudy, dirt at the bottom... The edges of the pool are sagging. The stained couch. Some lights no longer work. The beds almost all squeak. Several doors no longer close (doors offset from the frame). Too bad because the person who welcomed us was nice, the houses and the spacious garden. A great potential...
