This is a home fit for a Renaissance party, where you'll enjoy breakfast in grand ballrooms and snug lounges, fireplaces crackling. Or, catch some fresh air in the gardens, where walking routes lead through ancient woodland. And if you're feeling like a visit to the real world is in order, it's easy enough to enjoy day trips to Parthenay or Poitiers.
