Very friendly welcome with cider and pastries. The house is very cozy, everything is on one level with no stairs. Fully equipped with very good beds and a comfortable corner sofa. Large wooden terrace and a brick outdoor grill are ideal for shared enjoyment. Our dogs loved the large garden. Short walk to a beautiful beach. An all-round successful holiday stay that we would happily repeat.

Great welcome from the people who manage this property. To improve very old dishes, no bowls for breakfast, no cups for coffee, parasol without a base so unusable, light on the terrace does not work, these are points to improve but very good house, very functional

Pretty, comfortable holiday home, the property is a dream, the location is very good, the area is very quiet, the sea is within walking distance. There are French beds, 2 rooms have a continuous mattress, 1 room 2 single mattresses, the duvets are about 150x 200m. Instructions on how to turn on the TV would be nice.

Quiet little house, closed property. Nice terrace. Very nice landlord, only speaks French. House in good condition. We didn't really notice the smell mentioned in the previous reviews...sometimes a light smell from the fireplace. The cupboard in which the dishes are smells a bit, but doable. Otherwise everything ok. Bathroom and toilet were clean. However, we find that the house is a bit too small for 6 people. Beach less than 1 km away

The location, the property and the house itself are very nice. Unfortunately, the bathroom and the toilet weren't quite as clean as one would have expected. The impression was that one didn't take much time between the change of tenants. You could also lend a hand to the interior/dishes. But the house still has a certain charisma. It's at the top of the list for your next stay in Normandy.

900 m to the beach, large garden with swing, very nice welcome with cider and biscuits, during Corona times the accommodation was not clean enough for me, dishes and kitchen utensils not clean, floor wiped after we arrived. But: Good electrical appliances, hair dryer, games available, lovely details (color concepts in the rooms). Great for everyone who, like us, loves peace and seclusion. No one there to disturb children playing...

As dog owners, we were thrilled with the large natural plot that surrounded the house. At sunset we were visited by rabbits, who apparently had their seats there. Meanwhile, the dogs practiced impulse control. The house itself is simple but functional. We were completely satisfied.

The accommodation impresses in particular with its location, characteristic of "solitary position" but we also felt very comfortable in the holiday home, it is lovingly designed and well equipped with the important technical devices. Everything was clean and the property was very large and sunny, with shaded areas if required. We had a dog with us and it was ideal for that. To get to the Atlantic you only had to walk down the street and the beach was typically Normandy wide and pleasantly empty. We will be happy to come back.

Yes, everything is there, but for the most part everything is old and scruffy. There is a musty smell in the house, which I know professionally from houses with moisture damage. The cupboard in which crockery, cutlery and glasses were housed smells particularly intense. It wasn't clean on arrival and in our opinion it's not recommended, the rent asked for is absolutely not justified. But if I rent a house at this price, smelly furniture and old cutlery/dishes should be replaceable. The only positive is the proximity to the beach, hence a "moderate". But for us it would definitely not be considered again.
