It’s been carefully restored to retain plenty of traditional charm (see the beautiful timber beams) yet also has all the contemporary comforts you need for a happy holiday, including a modern kitchen for prepping your own French feast. Outside, there’s a swimming pool and terrace for soaking up the sunshine, along with two picturesque lakes. You probably won’t want to leave, but when you do head out, you’ll find the pretty villages and unspoilt scenery of Normandy within close reach. Your host even provides a pair of electric bikes to make it easier to explore.
