Remarkable location for this apartment at the foot of the beach In fact, as in the photos, the decor is very retro but no bad surprises!!! Everything you need is there, nothing is missing!! Studio very well located 2 steps from avenue Marcel Proust with high ceilings and a view of the sea. Ideal for my sons who were 100 meters from the kite surfing school. Good value for money, charming building on a human scale.

perfect location, only major downside the cleaning was not carried out (thick dust on the furniture, oily drainer and sink, shower cubicle not cleaned or scoured since the departure of the former tenants, mop of the broom and brush of the uncleaned vacuum cleaner.
