The location of the apartment is really great. Parking spaces right outside the door, the sea can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, quick access to the motorway. The accommodation itself is in satisfactory condition. Unfortunately, the bathroom is very cramped and not that clean. The bedroom is a bit old, the wallpaper on the walls is peeling off in places. The bed is very hard. The living/dining room is nice, the balcony could be decorated a bit nicer.

Apartment in an advanced state of aging (in particular sanitary facilities, door frames, shutters). Impractical bathroom (the shower cubicle opens… onto the toilet bowl). Level of cleanliness very insufficient on arrival in the accommodation. Access corridor to the dilapidated apartment. Very inconvenient key management (keys to be collected at the other end of Cabourg from the agency). We strongly advise against this rental until serious renovation work has been carried out.
