Apart from the noise of the construction the first three days, the apartment is perfect. But the fact that you promised us a 20% refund makes up for the inconvenience. We plan to repeat the experience next year. The agency staff is top notch!!!

Freezer compartment unusable because completely icy. Lids of bathroom and kitchen trash cans filthy and sticky. Numerous hairs and hairs on the undersheet of the mattress. Agency staff felt unconcerned by these cleanliness issues.
