Positive points: very nice view, L-shaped balcony, comfortable bedding. Cons: dated decor (whose ugliness horrified us so much that we took some things off the wall during our stay, and put them back at the end), old wallpaper (peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom ), end-of-life kitchen equipment.

This rental is mainly due to its location and exposure. On the other hand, the decoration and the furniture are really outdated. The tiny tv. The cutlery is also to be changed (no fish cutlery by the sea)

Apartment ideally located with magnificent view, ideal for rest and contemplation, close to shops. Well equipped, the decor is a bit outdated but that didn't bother us. Barely returned we rented again for the month of September because this stay did us a world of good.

THE DAY AFTER OUR ARRIVAL WE WERE AWAKENED BY NOISES SHOCKING THE WHOLE BUILDING DUE TO CONCRETE DRILLING AT THE CHIGNOLE IN ORDER TO REPLACE ELEMENTS OF THE BALCONIES...YOUR CABOURG AGENCY IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED HIDDEN BEHIND THE SYNDIC. ...IT MAY BE SUITABLE WHAT IS OFFERED TO CLIENTSSON OFFERED US A SECOND APARTMENT (VERY CORRECT...) BUT WITHOUT SEA VIEW, WHICH WAS OUR INITIAL CHOICE

EVERYONE WILL FIND HIS ACCOUNT!!!. - FOR V/INFORMATION THE 'ELASTICATED MOBILE' PROTECTION AND THE 2 CUSHIONS WERE ALSO STAINED ON OUR ARRIVAL ----- AND THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE NS HAVE MACHINE WASHED THEM.

Hello the apartment is very well located with a very nice sea view Average cleanliness there were dust bunnies behind the bed The bedding is good we slept well The location allows you to go to town to do your shopping no need for the car near the restaurants no need for the car we had a very good holiday for two.

Very nice apartment very well located on the edge of the beach and on the avenue Marcel Proust which offers you a magnificent view! especially on the splendid sunsets. The furniture and wallpapers in the apartment are a bit dated but that's fine. What would have been the best of the best are the two superb bay windows! inside and outside! we had to clean when we entered! in the bathroom, at least 1 Cm of dust on the furniture in the kitchen, the same! not to mention the cobwebs absolutely everywhere. The cleanliness of the dishes was questionable, we cleaned everything again! In short, it is an apartment that could be very pleasant if the cleaning job was done correctly!!!

2 large bay windows make this apartment very bright with a magnificent view of the sea. Impeccable bedding, very clean and very comfortable (bed and convertible sofa). Close to shops. A small flat concerning the cleanliness of the kitchen and the dishes which testifies to the negligence of the disrespectful previous tenants. I really recommend this accommodation. Unforgettable stay of only 3 nights unfortunately.

The house is in the first row on the promenade. The beautiful beach right in front of you. (direct access to the beach from the house). There is a super large balcony (front + side) for all sunny positions. The apartment is practically furnished and getting a bit old. But everything you need is there. Only the oven is not recommended (really ancient!). The apartment can be reached barrier-free. An underground parking space is available (which you also need).
