We appreciated the welcome from the host, the cleanliness of the house, the calm of the neighborhood, the location in the center of Cottentin allowing easy travel to Grandville, Cherbourg, Ste Mère l'église, Carentan and Pointe du Hoc and the GR 34

The house is in good condition, there is plenty of space and it is functionally furnished. The holiday home is located in a new development and unfortunately there is construction noise from morning to evening. The property is completely fenced and ideal for dog owners. Unfortunately the terrace is just a raw concrete slab and the garden is only gravelled. Three sun loungers and a parasol are not enough for a 12-person house.

The house has a lot of space and is very clean. The garage is very practical. There are not enough loungers (only 3 available), and the garden unfortunately has no lawn, just gravel. More garden furniture, including something to sit on, would be nice.

The accommodation was very clean, everything new, good beds, modern furnishings. Property is fenced absolutely dog-proof. There should be a seat in the TV area, alternatively the TV could also be on the upper floor by the sofa. It would be nice if more documents from the region were available, including useful information about the WiFi password (didn't work for us) and documents about waste disposal or doctors in the area. Terrace still looks a bit desolate.
