Lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shop, grocery, supermarket, restaurant 200 m, railway station "Luchon" 15 km. Chair lift, skisport facilities, slopes 100 m. Nearby attractions: Luchon 15 km, Tarbes 75 km, Toulouse 140 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Peyragudes. Hiking paths: Les Pyrénées. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Clean apartment, bathroom to review because broken toilets, shower to redo because dangerous, water flows everywhere when you wash. Otherwise quiet apartment. Bunk beds too small for teenagers (do not have to be too big).

Too bad that access to the swimming pool is limited and the accommodation does not have a bedroom.

correct rental. Would deserve storage for laundry and groceries. Clean and functional appt. We were 3 but for 4 the surface is limited. Would have liked a freezer, the valley being 15 km away for shopping. The station is beautiful, beautiful panorama. However if not sporty, nothing to do. The gauge pool closes on Wednesdays and only opens in the afternoon on other days. No entertainment. On arrival we are presented with paid sports activities and stat restaurants.

A studio for 4, too 2 small sofas transform into a double bed not at the same height and the carpet felt horribly bad. And the swimming pool closes Saturday and Sunday. Monday open but at 21 degrees. And the flat bathroom floor suddenly with each shower everything was flooded
