Private: garden 500 m2 (not fenced) with meadow, parking on the premises. Supermarket 600 m, sandy beach 20 m. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied.

Optimally located with a direct view of the sea. Well appointed accommodation, all kitchen appliances provided except sharp knife. We have done difficult tasks with the Swiss Army Knife. Communication only in French.
