In the resort, 50 m from the centre, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in the heart of the city, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, in a pedestrian area. Public parking on the road. Shop 300 m, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 100 m, bakery 300 m, sandy beach 50 m, thermal baths "Luc Sur Mer" 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km, sailing school, tennis 500 m. Nearby attractions: Courseulles 6 km, Arromanches 20 km, Caen 18 km, Deauville 50 km.

House very well located, close to the beach and the city center but in a very quiet dead end. We stayed during the winter and the house was very well heated, very well equipped and good quality linen, the decor very nice. Thanks to the owner for her hospitality.
