A very nice accommodation, but unfortunately not maintained - not very clean, door handles are missing, bulbs are missing... A beautiful view, good location, bright rooms, everything necessary is available.

The house is absolutely perfect for holidays and ideally located. Everything is accessible even on foot. The bedroom and living room are perfect for 10 people. The swimming pool and the terrace offer an excellent environment for sunbathing and having a great time.

This house lacks maintenance. Furniture (dilapidated sofa bordering on dirty) some bedding needs to be changed, old household appliances. The pool liner is damaged and the garden is not maintained so lots of leaves in the pool in high winds. The barbecue not cleaned so grid not usable. The rental price is far too high compared to the services offered.

This rental is well located and pleasant. However, only one detail bothered us, the swimming pool is not heated. This little extra would increase the comfort of the accommodation. Indeed, despite the beautiful temperatures outside, the water in the swimming pool remained very cold and we were not able to take full advantage of it.

We note the following shortcomings: - house basically dirty - garden grill not cleaned and full of cigarette butts - garden table broken. - The whole garden was full of faeces (dogs) - Large parasol was broken - The electrically operated sun blinds on the large window front of the living room were broken. - Pool cleaning was done only once in two weeks.

We have booked this accommodation several times. It's very spacious and we really appreciate the pool. The showers and the beds are to be renovated, otherwise we are very satisfied.
