In the district of Saint Vincent Grau d'Agde, in a quiet position, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach, road to cross, located by a road. Private: garden (fenced) wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular, with privacy, secured (8 x 4 m, depth 230 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 31.Oct.). WC in the pool area, pool house with fridge, terrace, garden furniture, planted inner courtyard parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 100 m, grocery 400 m, supermarket 2 km, shopping centre 2 km, restaurant, bar, bakery 100 m, pedestrian zone 150 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, sandy beach "Saint Vincent" 200 m. Golf course (27 hole) 5 km.

Spacious house with various bedrooms and bathrooms. Attention: Only 1 toilet in the house. An additional toilet is located outside by the pool. Large kitchen, lots of space and great garden. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool because the filter system was broken. Very, very unfortunate... What was really to complain about was the general cleanliness in the house. The kitchen was sticky and the room floors were dirty. The pool kitchen was completely forgotten and still had to be cleaned after our arrival.

Top villa, very well equipped. Quiet location with a very short walk to the sandy beach. The cleanliness of the dishes, oven & pools was not really in order. The pool was also quite cold. The stairs to the upper floor are very narrow, which was not described anywhere. Not suitable for young children and the elderly. In one room the mattress is already very used. (Extremely worn out in the middle.)

Travel with friends. The welcome was well home too. The RAS swimming pool. The rooms too. Regarding the cooking grill, we were asked to empty it through the drain. Except that a smell of "caca" came up for 3 hours. There must be a drainage problem. The day of departure the host was more in a hurry than us to leave the only thing he knew how to answer when he was told that he had not had hot water all Saturday was "yes but you are a lot"

Pleasant house. Too bad there is only one indoor toilet for 10 people, and overlooked around the pool! Chipped dishes. Beware of the swimming pool which is too close to the house. The upper rooms are more for young people who are not too tall! Plus, you can do everything on foot (sea, shopping, etc ...). The outside dining area is very nice.

The house has 2 kitchens, living room and 5 bedrooms, two of which have an integrated sink and shower. Only 1 room is big enough to move around freely. Three are so small that you have to crawl across the bed to go to sleep. A room is always in the dark. Pool not heated but big enough. Not suitable for children, too deep, not fenced in. 1 toilet in the house, 1 toilet by the pool. Dishes old and cooking utensils rather poor. No pans. Recommended for 1 week.

Overall impression was ok, there was a deduction regarding the kitchen equipment (no capsule machine only xxx that nobody knows :-), camping cutlery and NO pin puller). The daily kitchen was well equipped (grill, plancha, kitchen etc.)

Generally nice stay. Proximity to the very beautiful beach formidable. The house is in good condition and you can live comfortably. Dishes have damage everywhere. Pool cleaning was canceled without notice due to thunderstorms. Short cleaning and exchange of towels in the middle of the two-week vacation very nice. There is nothing besides the items described. Especially toilet paper all empty. I have experienced otherwise. Would still go there again.

The house was very comfortable with excellent air conditioning. It was convenient for the beach which was a few minutes walk and there were plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Only gripes were that the pool got very cloudy. It was supposed to be cleaned and we were told that he had been early in the morning. I don't think so. I reckon he said he did to get paid and didn't bother but that is, of course, my opinion! Secondly, with six of us all having showers late afternoon the water was stone cold out of the hot taps by 6 pm and stayed stone cold until the next morning. Only minor observations, it was an excellent holiday and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
