Positive: the location is perfect! Close to everything. Whether beach, Aqualand, Lunapark or the promenade. Cons: Unfortunately, the facility is in a very bad shape. A cupboard that comes towards you when you touch it lightly, a broken bedside table, a vacuum cleaner that only sticks to the handle, a washing machine whose locking mechanism is defective or the water heater where you can't get a constant flow of warm water. If it wasn't for that, the apartment would have its 5 stars here from me.

Well located near the sea. Bed too close to the ground for elderly people. Usually we find a summary of what we must put into service on arrival and on leaving the premises. No undercover for pillows. Fridge badly wedged no access to the freezer
