Stay in the heart of Parisian glamour, just steps from the Arc de Triomphe and the famous shopping street of Champs-Élysées. Sunlight floods the living and dining areas, offering a serene retreat after a day of boutique-hopping, sightseeing, or indulging in local cafés. Upstairs, the bedroom has a quiet desk for journalling or catching up on emails, as well as soft, hotel-quality bedding for a restful sleep. This is a lively area, so you may hear a little noise – but for city explorers, it’s hard to beat.

*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
*Parking in Paris can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible.
*Being in a prime central location, street noise from nearby cafés and traffic is possible, particularly at weekends.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*This is a duplex set over two floors, so expect some steps to get to the bedroom.
