Located on the top floor of an art deco style building in a neighbourhood famed for its modern architecture, you’ll find that the view from up here isn’t all that bad. Step out onto the fantastic balcony, morning coffee or evening cocktail in hand, and overlook the top of the Arc de Triomphe, plenty of Parisian rooftops and a snapshot of the Eiffel Tower. Inside the home, the large open-plan dining room, living area and kitchen are united by the large French windows that usher in lots of natural light. The kitchen is a modern, well-outfitted space for preparing meals to enjoy together at the dining table, and the bedrooms are stylish with playful wallpaper and decorative light fixtures. Two home desks make sending off emails a breeze, which we recommend getting out of the way – there’s a lot to see in this neighbourhood (and city). You’ll be only an eight-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe. Keep going another three minutes and you’ll hit the most famous street in Paris, Champs-Élysées, with its myriad of luxury shops and upscale restaurants.
