The neighbourhood has a typically Parisian feel, aided by the proximity to iconic sights including the Arc de Triomphe and peaceful Parc Monceau. The apartment boasts high ceilings and vast windows so is flooded with light. The living space is decorated in velvets and burnt orange hues, with arts d’objets dotted around. There’s also a formal dining space and an attractive, well-equipped kitchen – you’ll have plenty of space to gather together in this beautiful home.

*Parking in Paris can be tricky so we recommend sticking to the easily accessible public transport system – Courcelles metro station is a six-minute walk away.
*This home accepts babies and children over 11 years old.
*The stairs inside this home don’t have a handrail. The apartment is on the sixth floor of the building with a lift to the entrance.
*There’s a mezzanine office space here.
*The fireplaces are ornamental and not for guest use.
*There is air conditioning in the sitting room, kitchen, and the three bedrooms on the lower level. Between June-September, a fan will be placed in bedroom four – let your host know if you’d like a fan outside of this period.
*The lead guest must be at least 25.
