Don’t be put off by this apartment’s slightly off-the-tourist-trail setting in the 10th Arrondissement. With buzzy cafés and bistros on your doorstep and Canal Saint-Martin just moments away for waterfront strolls, you’ll quickly fall for this authentic corner of Paris. Need to be somewhere fast? The Metro is only a few minutes’ walk away. Back home, while compact and with two guests sharing a sofa bed, the apartment makes clever use of space. Our favourite spot? That window seat to watch Parisian life unfold on the boulevard below with a morning coffee – that’s a memory made right here.

*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.
*While the large bed in the main bedroom makes for a great night's sleep, it does feel a little big for the room, and space is limited. However, there’s still everything for a great night’s sleep, including plenty of storage.
*The apartment is located on the third floor without a lift, so be prepared to climb some stairs.
*There’s no free parking at this home – however, parking in central Paris can be tricky. We recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible.
*Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.
*If you're travelling for work, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
