*This home is on a mobility lease and is only available to those studying or travelling for work – you’ll need to provide proof from your university or employer. Rental period from 1 month minimum to 10 months maximum.
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area. The full bathroom can only be accessed through the bedroom, although there is a separate WC.
