Holiday Rental Description

Centrally located and ideal for both short breaks and longer stays, this apartment is an excellent base from which to explore the city. The home is clutter-free yet comfortable. However, if you're staying as a group of six, two guests will be on the sofa bed in the living area, which means a bit less socialising space. There’s a fully-equipped kitchen for quick meals, but if you’d prefer to sample the local offerings, there are no end of eateries on your doorstep. And if sightseeing is on the agenda, you’re within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and a quick metro ride from the Louvre.


Home truths:
*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living space.
*The bed in the second bedroom is a Murphy bed. There are no bedside tables in this bedroom.
*As is common in France, the toilet is separate from the bathroom.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host may be able to provide a cot for free. You'll need to request it in advance.
*Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum from 10pm to 8am.
