*This home is on a mobility lease and is only available to those studying or travelling for work – you’ll need to provide proof from your university or employer.
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. Though there's enough bed space for four people here, we think it might feel a little cramped during longer stays and would recommend a maximum guest count of two.
*If you're travelling for work, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
*Parking in Paris can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible.
