Typically Parisian in style, this apartment has high ceilings, a light-filled living area, and a private balcony overlooking Boulevard de Magenta. The latter is one of our favourite features – we can't think of a better spot to enjoy a glass of wine and soak up the city buzz. It's a great option for families, too. Not only does the lounge offer plenty of space for socialising, but the third bedroom has a toddler's bed and a cot for little ones. Location-wise, being in the 9th arrondissement means you'll be close to public transport and not far from Canal Saint Martin and Montmartre.

*This home can sleep up to four adults and two children. The third bedroom has a small single bed suitable for little ones under 5 years old. It also has a cot for babies under 2 years old.
*As is common in France, the WC is separate from the bathrooms. It's not photographed, but expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*This is a lived-in home. You should expect some of the host's personal belongings to be present during your stay.
*Although there is no air conditioning here, your host provides three fans.
*This home isn't suitable for groups of young people under 18 years old.
