This apartment is right in the heart of the Marais, so you couldn’t ask for a better base. You can walk to Châtelet–Les Halles in about fifteen minutes for boutiques and great transport links, while the iconic Louvre is less than a half-hour stroll away. Inside, the open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area has a desk for remote work, while the chevron floors bring that classic Parisian feel. The second bedroom is accessed through the first, which might not suit everyone, but the location makes up for it. It’s on the fourth floor without a lift, so there’s some climbing involved – but what better excuse to fuel up on pastries from the local boulangeries?

*There are cafes & restaurants near the home that operate into the night, together with the home's vicinity to the metro, this means there is substantial noise to be expected. We recommend bringing earplugs for light sleepers.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for free. You'll need to request it in advance.
*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the fourth-floor entrance of the home.
*The second bedroom is accessed through the first, so it’s best suited for guests who are comfortable sharing access.
*As is common in France, the toilet is separate from the bathroom.
