Snug but stylish, this apartment is a great option for a city getaway. The bedroom is on the cosy side, but the living space is where you'll do most of your relaxing – just note that two guests will sleep on a sofa bed. The compact kitchen is perfect for light bites, and character features like wooden beams and Juliet balconies add a Parisian touch. On your doorstep, you'll find plenty to keep you busy – including boutiques, restaurants, and metro stations. You can also walk to landmarks like the Louvre and Palais Garnier – win, win.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
*The bedroom is compact, with very little room on either side of the bed.
*As is common in France, the toilet is separate from the bathroom.
*This apartment is located in a building without a lift. The communal staircase is quite narrow and cramped – we think it won't suit those with limited mobility.
*Given the central location, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.
