This home is just steps from the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe, so you’ll be surrounded by iconic monuments, luxury boutiques, and some of Paris’s most renowned dining spots. Despite being right in the middle of everything, the courtyard setting brings a bit of calm and quiet. Set on the third floor with a lift, the open-plan living and dining space is compact but practical. The bedroom is upstairs, which helps create a greater sense of space. At full capacity, two people will be on the sofa bed, so it could feel snug. But if you don't mind sharing, the location more than makes up for it.
