There are restaurants, cafés and patisseries in the area, and you can walk to the Opera, the Louvre, and the Arc de Triomphe in twenty minutes. There's also a metro stop a few minutes away to transport you to the city's other iconic sights. For extra convenience, ask your host to arrange a chauffeur from the airport. Step inside and you'll find an open plan kitchen and living space with a dining table – perfect for gathering over a Parisian breakfast of croissants and café au lait, or even doubling up as a desk to catch up on work.

*Though there's enough bed space for six adults here, we think it might feel a little cramped in the living room. We'd recommend a maximum guest count of four.
*There are a few steps to reach the lift, so it might not be suited to those with reduced mobility.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*It's worth noting that the mattresses here are on the firmer side, so not everyone might find them comfortable.
*As is common in France, the toilet is separate from the bathroom.
*This home is equipped with a sensor that monitors decibel levels – it doesn't record audio, though.
