Holiday Rental Description

Located in the lively Latin Quarter, this Paris apartment combines a fabulous location with lots of character. It’s a lived-in home, which adds to its charm, with shelves filled with books and a kitchen well-stocked with cooking essentials. If four of you are staying, two will sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge, which is partly-open to the bedroom – not a problem for some guests, but worth noting. Once your batteries are recharged and breakfast has been served, step outside to see more of the city: Notre-Dame, the Panthéon, and the Jardin du Luxembourg are all within a ten-minute walk.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
*The bedroom and living room are only separated by a curtain, not a solid door – so privacy is slightly limited when the sofa bed is in use.
*This is a lived-in home. You should expect some of the host's personal belongings to be present during your stay.
*One well-behaved dog is welcome to accompany you during your stay.
*Seven days before your arrival, a concierge agency will contact you on behalf of your host. They will meet you when you check-in, take care of check-out, and be on hand throughout your stay to help with any queries.
