On the outskirts Porto-Vecchio, in an elevated position on a slope, 1 km from the sea, 10 km from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (20 x 8 m, depth 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the complex: air conditioning. Steep motor access (via unmade road). Parking. Shop 1 km, grocery 400 m, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 400 m, sandy beach 8 km. Marina 1 km, golf course 6 km, tennis 2 km, riding stable 3 km. Nearby attractions: Figari 21 km, Bonifacio 25 km, Solenzara 40 km, Iles Lavezzi. Hiking paths: L'Ospedale, Réserve Naturelle de Bonifacio. Please note: car recommended. The residence is 10 minutes from the city center, clean and quiet. Nice and big swimming pool. Pretty terrace which nevertheless deserves a real garden table in order to be able to eat there. The cutlery needs to be changed because it is old. And a drying rack is to be expected. But that didn't detract from our stay.

Apartment very well equipped and well exposed. Close to the village center of Porto Vecchio and the shops. Swimming pool and gym available a real plus. I recommend.

Very nice apartment, well furnished but badly laid out and badly designed. A large bay window onto the terrace, a small room to follow, a small bay window and the studio bedroom with kitchen and living room behind. So we have light all day in this room. Too bad .... A large bed, a beautiful bathroom, a kitchen bar ..... very good quality. A very large swimming pool at the bottom of the building.

Very well appointed apartment, essential and much appreciated air conditioning, the only downside is not taking advantage of the terrace to eat because the table is far too small, even for 2 people
