Private: garden 1'000 m2 (fenced) with trees, natural garden, meadow, orchard, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 600 m, sandy beach "Moriani Plage" 700 m. Please note: car recommended.

The accommodation is in good condition, but you can see that it is older. The garden is great, pretty big with lots of trees and bushes, all fenced. What is missing is air conditioning, when it is hot it is almost impossible to cool the bedrooms. Proximity to the beach and shopping is great.
