Shop 500 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant, café 500 m, sandy beach "L'Ile Rousse" 50 m. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property. Railway line 15 m from the property.

Ideally located 2 steps from the beach and a few minutes walk from the center, with the residence's swimming pool to change from the beach. The apartment is spacious and bright during the day but would deserve a refresh (especially electricity / lights) and a flattening of basic equipment (glasses, bowls, bowls ...). It remains satisfactory as a vacation rental and allows you to enjoy Balagne if you are ready to move or you can stay put just as well.
