Private: property 320 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. Storeroom available. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 900 m, restaurant 600 m, sandy beach "Plage de Port Sable" 370 m. Sports harbour 700 m, sailing school 2.2 km, tennis 2.2 km. Nearby attractions: Port du Crouesty 700 m, Golfe du Morbihan (Port Navalo) 1 km, Thalassotherapie 2.2 km, Golf de Kervers 6.7 km, Départs vers Belle Ile, Houat et Hoedic 1 km. Hiking paths: GR34. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

You can do everything on foot (beach, shops, pier). Well equipped and spacious, very nice house. Quiet. Coming in April, it may be different in high season.

The house is spacious, modern and equipped with every comfort. Very satisfied. The garden is rather small and very enclosed, no view. That's not so bad if you're away a lot, but if you want to read for an afternoon, there is a problem. No garden chair is comfortable to sit in relaxed. There is plenty of seating material available, but nothing that is just comfortable. That's a shame, because otherwise there was really nothing to criticize about this holiday.

Everything went great. The handover at the holiday home and the tour of the house. Tasteful facility. Kitchen and crockery all sufficiently available.
