Clean but very old apartment. Medieval portraits on the walls that scared my daughter. The owners' belongings still in the cupboards. The boiler in error, forced to restart it to get hot water. Parking in the street but not specified. Bedding and protection not nickel.

Spacious apartment in the centre of Dinard. All thinks provided in the kitchen, lounge and bedrooms. We are English so no TV channels available but no big deal. All shops on your doorstep. Free parking in streets nearby. No real complaints although the apartment could do with a little updating but still worth staying for our 10 day holiday break. Would definitely return some time.

The apartment is noisy, the soundproofing is non-existent. The microwave is old and does not work. The sofas are not sofas but a single bed with cushions, the sofa bed is very uncomfortable in the sofa version. The 2 armchairs ditto… This rental would deserve investments to be top. A parking space is lacking, you have to turn for a long time to park. Regarding the dishes, broken glasses, mismatched, a dishwasher that works badly...

Boiler problem in error. We were cold, the radiators were not heating when we arrived. I had to fend for myself to remedy this problem, and I had some scares. Think that we are still in winter!... As a problem never comes alone, I had to face a power cut at 11 p.m., whose meters are outside the apartment. Not very zen this stay !!!☹ That being said, the apartment is spacious, pretty and the beds comfortable.
