Cordless vacuum cleaner does not hold a charge (30 seconds of battery life). Very unpleasant for vacuuming. Lots of dust under the mattress, cleaning leaves something to be desired.

Very nice studio in new condition, very well equipped. Two ultra comfortable armchairs, very good bedding. Very good soundproofing of the bay window. Impeccable kitchen. The view of the ocean is magnificent, the residence is very quiet. Large television, only deck chairs on the terrace lack of comfort.
