Shop 100 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 100 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, sandy beach "Grande Plage de Quiberon" 100 m, indoor swimming pool 900 m, thermal baths "Thalassothérapie de Quiberon" 1.5 km. Sports harbour 2 km, golf course (9 hole) 1 km, surf school 8 km, sailing school 2 km, tennis 1 km. Nearby attractions: Casino 1 km, Côte sauvage et Presqu'ile de Quiberon 500 m, Belle île en Mer, Houat, Hoedic, Carnac et les Alignements 20 km, Vannes 50 km, Lorient 60 km. Very nice spacious apartment, bright with a beautiful sea view, even if it is not on the seafront. The balcony - terrace on the south-facing garden is ideal for lunch or dinner. I recommend !

no longer have things ex clothes in the cupboards / The 3 street lamps in the living room did not work / Impossible to make the bedside tables work in the upstairs bedroom / TV in the upstairs bedroom did not work / And above all deplorable cleaning we had the maintenance team redone for a heaps of lack ex: interior bathroom furniture behind the beds headboards chair legs ect ..... and again the team only had 1 hour so we limited our remarks I ran a hotel for 30 years

This rental is very beautiful Ideal location close to the mother, close to shops. Possibility to park up to three cars which is very good. The house itself is perfect. Space, impeccable bedding The gas fireplace did not work… Negative points that I will note would be the lack of pans and the dishwasher which works very badly And the kitchen furniture a bit dilapidated broken furniture the owners should change that…

Closets were full of things from the previous tenants and not clean, chair cushions very dirty, oven very dirty, dishes not really clean, leftovers in the closet 1st floor and freezer, living room closet full of empty or half-empty bottles; a basic cleaning of the apartment would be recommended because the apartment is otherwise very nice and is ideally located

It's a beautiful apartment, that's undeniable. But, in use, it lacks regular maintenance of the equipment and this should not be in a rental at this price. Some lights don't work, the oven is unusable because the door is damaged, the dishwasher button is damaged, etc. All of this upsets me. Apart from that, the bedding is comfortable and the furniture is of good quality. This stay was not satisfactory.

The location is really the strong point of this rental. The ocean view is just awesome. On the other hand, the benefits are a bit average. the photos in the ad are better than the reality. So a bit of a disappointment. I have doubts about the advertised surface of 160m². 4 bedrooms, but the 4th bedroom is made for a child at most (5m² and bed under the slope of the roof and against the wall). Lack of crockery, lack of an exterior. So I leave my stay with a mixed impression.

Overall very good rental. Very nice furniture and interior decoration. Too bad for the cleaning which is not up to par, especially the windows, and some cobwebs, also the oven which we could not use. HS entrance gate, and green spaces not done. These are very small details that are easy to fix, but which slightly spoil an excellent rental and its location. Note very good reaction from the staff of the agency, following small shortcomings.

Nicely cut apartment with more than 3 bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is just too small and too sloping - max. for children. The highlight is the balcony with awning and sea view - priceless! The apartment was probably empty long before our stay. Especially in the kitchen we had to put a lot in the dishwasher. for french Conditions are very good, but I would have been happy if the owners hadn't left their things hanging in every closet.
