In the hamlet Hameau de l'Allée Couverte with 10 houses, in the resort 900 m from the centre of La trinité sur Mer, 900 m from the sea, 1.4 km from the beach. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Shop, grocery 800 m, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 800 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, sandy beach "Plage du Port" 1.4 km, diving center 800 m, thermal baths "Thalassothérapie Thalazur" 5 km. Sports harbour 900 m, golf course (18 hole) 15 km, surf school 8 km, sailing school 1.2 km, indoor tennis centre 2500 km. Beautiful modern house, well placed near the city center of La Trinité (7 minutes on foot), quiet area, the exterior lacks development but it was specified that it was being developed. For young people, we tested the “Le Dupleix” club in Carnac, a very good club with free shuttles! Remember to provide tea towels and PQ!

Above all, the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are very practical. The spacious living room and kitchen are also very pleasant. Lots of space for cooking. The equipment in the kitchen could be improved, in particular there is a lack of a medium-sized saucepan with a lid. Quiet location of the house despite the proximity of the road. All shops, restaurants, the market and the port are within 10mns walking distance. Tours on foot or by bike can also be undertaken directly from the house.

Three downsides: 1 or 2 lids are missing in the kitchen; the lawn needs to be mowed better (and more regularly); this house is dangerous for young children (under 5 years old): unenclosed exterior, trench along the house, unstable terrace and not at the same level as the lawn, slippery stairs. But for me it was almost perfect. I would love to come back.
