Good apartment, very well located but needs to be rejuvenated. Old carpet, bathroom to be completely overhauled, worn outdoor furniture. Too bad because the apartment is otherwise very pleasant.

the apartment that is on the internet, is not the apartment in which we arrive. When you arrive it smells of dust, the cleaning is not done well, the furniture on the terrace is dirty, the table is totally wobbly so you cannot use it. The carpet is dirty, the apartment is needs a serious cleaning and is to be completely refreshed.

The apartment is in a quiet residence, close to shops which are accessible on foot. There are spaces, it is bright. Only downside, the kitchen and the bathroom which are old and dark. A refresh of the bathroom would be expected.

The Plein sud apartment is very well located, facing the sea with a particularly well located terrace. The overall equipment of the apartment is at the top, the washing machine, the dryer, the dishwasher are all in Bosh. The apartment would however deserve a real refresh, the carpet and the paintings are no longer completely fresh, it would be more effective to renovate than to "photoshop" the photos presented on the site.

Beautiful apartment, very well arranged and located for 4 people. But the general condition is deplorable: the carpet on the floor has never been cleaned and the smell of dust grabs you by the throat, not to mention the stains on the floor. The sofas also smelled dusty and musty. The terrace looks great but the planters are only filled with weeds. The bathroom needs to be completely redone and is unhealthy (rusty elements, walls covered with cork). Very disappointed with the stay.
