WE Ascent rental, the poorly insulated accommodation (noisy neighbor late at night) was dusty, furniture, dishes, crumbs on the chairs. Roller shutters broke down the day after arrival, reported to the agency but no intervention. I was just given a discount coupon! And no more hot water Friday evening, agency notified Saturday 9 a.m., I was contacted at 2:30 p.m. we were supposed to go and see but at 5:30 p.m. I was told they would see on Monday. Monday I work. Very dissatisfied, €50 compensation!
