And really liked it in Audierne. Our house was very nice with a sunny terrace. Particularly noteworthy is the great service offered by the staff of the facility. If questions or problems arose, they were answered or solved immediately. We will gladly go back to Audierne.

Upper floor was carpeted, unfortunately not described as such. Plant is car free and is on a slope. Access to the houses for the be. and unloading is only possible to a limited extent. Next shopping possibility should be in 50 meters. Supermarket has been closed for a long time. Internet only against payment and too expensive, unfortunately that is no longer up to date. Description of the system must be revised.

Negative: Kitchen worktop too small even for 2 people. fridge as well. After all, the 3-room apartment is intended for 6 people. Wardrobe of the master bedroom is in the separate toilet !!! Impossible. A small bistro or cafe is unfortunately missing in the area. Swimming pool inside is a larger bathtub. Some of the buildings are very close together, so you can see the next front of the house. Pros: Very friendly staff

Problem of mold in the bedrooms, on the stairs and in the dining room cupboard where the dishes were stored The cleaning left something to be desired... The residence manager told us that the accommodation had not been checked and that there was no other accommodation available.
