In the centre of Blassac 4 km from the centre of Lavoûte-Chilhac, 13 km from the centre of Langeac, 22 km from the centre of Brioude, 1 km from the river, in the countryside. Private: property 300 m2, garden (not fenced) with meadow. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue house, parking at the house. Shop 4 km, supermarket 13 km, indoor swimming pool 13 km. The garden is separat, a small path (ca 30 m) leads along behind the house.

It is very nicely located in a very small village. But it is quite a dark house. There is no WiFi and there is almost no 4G connection.

The holiday home is a gem from the outside, natural stone with a large vine-covered balcony. Large rooms inside, the rustic furniture may not be to everyone's taste, but it fits. Modern sanitary facilities, the bathrooms are each quite openly integrated into the two large bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-sufficiency. Behind the house is a lawn with garden chairs, partly shaded. Very friendly briefing by the landlord, a defective TV was replaced immediately.
