Location correct but totally served by the continual noise until the wee hours of the morning because it is less than 15 m away, on the only road and sidewalks leading to the bars and nightclubs of Val Claret. From 10 p.m. you inherit under your window and this until 24 hours of all the people speaking loudly and loudly heading there and you find them from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. on the way back, completely uninhibited by alcohol, singing at the top of their voices, laughing , shouting, yelling and arguing. Very poorly insulated, you can see the outside through the slots in the frames, you also benefit from the owners of the neighboring apartment who also party every night until the wee hours despite a call to order. This incessant din is also taken up in the comments of previous tenants and left on the spot in a notebook .... and swearing that they will not take over this rental. Note that on other rental sites, this location in Tignes Val Claret cf studios in the TUFS buildings is mentioned as not suitable for people wanting calm given the "festive nature of the place"
