The three of us shared a rather small apartment and that was more than enough space. The facility has everything you need. Even with the street side, the noise is really limited. In addition, a competent and helpful staff and a beautiful and modern facility with extensive facilities and a large car park. Ultimately, the biggest plus is the location: about 15 minutes from the pedestrian zone and only about 20 minutes from the North Beach.
